Presents a series of maps showing the paleogeography of the region; it is worth noticing that at the end of the Cretaceous period, about 66,4 million years ago (MYA) a meteor hit what is now the Yucatan peninsula, causing the demise of a lot of species, including the well-known and ever-popular dinosaurs.
