Regrettably we have to say that with exoticism and its seduction, something similar to what our planet is experiencing is happening. The biodiversity on Earth may be at risk, and exoticism in behaviour could also be considered part of that biodiversity.

What is exotic attracts because that same thing is scarce, and what is not abundant becomes valuable: this is why blond women are highly appreciated in countries where people have usually dark hair, and for the same reason, curly girls are wildly appreciated as exotic beauties by men of Nordic origin or within Nordic cultures.

But we are somewhat keen on evolving into a standard form; everyone tends to follow fashion, to become like archetypes of Western cultures (by the way, this is resented, especially in Muslim cultures); people are being engulfed into a 'one size fits all' tendency to uniform everyone and everything by means of market forces.

Even countries are being seen under the same light: there are 'developed' countries and 'emergent' countries, and nothing in-between, and this definition is biased as well as highly political. Let's take just one example: Argentina received the highest proportion of immigrant regarding its native population in the whole world - even more than the United States -: the ratio of foreign immigrants - both legal and illegal - surpassed at times that of native citizens: just after WWII, the country received 6,5 million Europeans, a feat that doubled its population almost instantly.

Now, if the people voted with their feet in such a way and went out of a 'developed' continent into a 'third world' country, they would not go from where they are better to where they would be worse, would they? Thus, the only conclusion is that they lived better in Argentina than in Europe and hence, if life is better in one place, you can't say that this particular spot on Earth is worse than the other, could you?

True, salaries are not as good in the South American nation as in Europe, but even after sixty years, those Europeans that emigrated to Argentina would still not return there, at least in significant numbers, and that means that they are far better down there than in the 'developed' world.

Statistics may lie because they only consider economic and financial aspects that are truly rather shabby in South America, but life quality is defined by people using far more ample criteria. For example: vomits at public phones left by drunk people are very rare in Buenos Aires; in cities like Amsterdam, London and Hamburg we have seen - plenty - of these. In the South American country drinking alcohol is rather not appreciated.

So, while attempting to seduce someone from a different culture you must consider subtle differences; you will not seduce many in South America if those attempts go side-by-side with heavy drinking, even if you are a prince or princess.
