Austrian Airlines

Austrian Airlines flies to and from many cities in the European Union, Europe in general, Asia and Australia, offering very fast connections - averaging only 25 minutes between flights - at Vienna airport, plus VIP rooms and many other services.

The Austrian Airlines Group is formed by three companies: Austrian Airlines itself, which takes care of regular flights, Austrian Arrows, a small but efficient regional company, and Lauda Air, that takes care of all air charter services; these companies, working in combination offer the traveller in Austria and abroad all sorts of flight services.

On March 26, 2000, the three companies joined the Star Alliance, which is the biggest airline association in the world. This alliance offers the traveller more efficient and comfortable flights around the globe. It was founded in 1997 and includes 16 renowned companies covering 795 different destinations in 139 countries. It operates over 15.000 flights every day on 2.554 airplanes and averaging one take off every five seconds. This alliance employs over 339.930 people to offer you, the traveller, the best of services.

Their website is presented in English, German, Spanish and many other different languages.
