The fact is that criminals are not victims of society; the victims are those robbed, raped, wounded or killed by criminals, and there are enough millions of good-willed, honest human beings to replace them if necessary, so the whole issue about rehabilitating them and readapting may be morally interesting, but it is in fact, overvalued. Convicted criminals should not be mistreated, but they should be kept away from society as long as they represent a danger.

If these basic survival and self-preservation concepts are not understood, living in our modern society will become increasingly intolerable.
