Photo Gallery on a caving trip to a cave known as "Cueva de las Majadillas", located in the Alto Tajo Natural Park, in the municipality of Sacecorbo, Guadalajara (Spain). The cave of Majadillas has a development almost always horizontal of about 2km, and a drop of 10 meters, within a limestone geology type. It is a cave "live", ie it runs on water and continues to change over time. She can be reached from a single entrance, which is therefore also the only way out, a hole or well of a depth of about 8 meters, which is grating to prevent the fall of animals (mainly cattle), and from which can be accessed using a ladder or a rope. The Cave of Majadillas is also a good option for people with little knowledge of caving and beyond of tourist routes or speleotourism: it is a cave that is described as of medium difficulty, where you have to crawl and have some agility to overcome certain sections. | | |
