Flying at about 4.000 feet (about 1.500 metres), this picture shows a good view of average topgraphical features found on mountain valleys.

City dwellers may think that a valley in the mountains is like plain territory, but it is not. In fact, building a cabin, an airstrip, a road, etc. takes much longer and implies a lot of hard work and a higher investment in financial terms.

Just to prepare the land for agricultural purposes may take a lot of effort; besides, there are almost no really flat areas.

Thus, people interested in buying real estate in places like this one should take into account that an aditional investment for levelling and cleaning work will be necessary.
