This picture was taken from the right, rear seat on LV-HUH and shows us the pilot on command of this particular flight, Fernando Ottone, while he is taxiing the aircraft to the assigned runway for takeoff.
One of the virtues of the Cessna Skylane is that it allows people of all sizes to sit comfortably within.
Other aircraft, like the Ercoupe, seem to have been designed for people of a specific height, not to mention width or height; if you are lower than required, you may do well with a pair of pillows, but if you are taller, you will be travelling like an Inca mummy.
Folks like Fernando would have a rather uncomfortable time in something like an Ercoupe.
