Ponchos can also be used to hold together large equipment packages. In this picture we see Don Pablo Edronkin carrying a backpack weighting well over 85 kg. In several occasions we carried such loads uphill for several days in order to get different sorts of equipment to our base camps. If you think that you are in a better physical shape than us, thing twice.
