Known shapes attract quickly and directly the attention of the human eye, like in the case of helmets, backpacks, conventionally-designed rifles and other items. In order to avoid this, good camouflage techniques should be used to visually break those shapes. Such techniques become increasingly effective as the shape of any given object remains less familiar in terms of conventionality.
