You should remain considerate with the owners of fruit trees found on the sides of any road or trail.

In this case we see a cherry tree from which indeed we took a few fruits, but never forget that if you alone or a whole group start ravaging trees and leaving little or nothing, the true owners will be disappointed or affected. You are a trekker; never act like the Huns.
