| Record Structures |
This allows for more description-related content to be placed on each record concerning different websites, and even more than one record per website without repetition, provided that each record addresses a very specific category page within the target site which - at our editor's discretion - merits a new record. The greatest advantage of this methodology is that the richer the content of each website is, the better we can describe it and thus, more precise search queries can be performed without juggling with meta information such as keywords, title, etc. For each website we start by preparing at least three records in three different languages, you may view a few examples thorough these links: These records have exactly the same information but written in different languages. This means that Andinia provides not one but three records whenever a site is accepted for registration, bringing a lot of sense for your investment if you are considering a subscription for inclusion in our database. This is what makes our documentary-model database very powerful, despite the fact that it is technologically rather simple. In some cases if the site in question is interesting enough, embedded in the text of these records, links to other records describing other parts of that site will appear, thus increasing its relevance and ranking, not only on our own search engine, but others as well, since Andinia's database is queried by other sites too. Be patient; the whole process of registration takes between one and two weeks; after that period of time, if a site is accepted it will appear on Andinia's database. Sometimes, if the site is good enough it will also be listed in Andinia's commercial or publications directories. View more information about adding a website to Andinia's database here. |
