Kanchenjunga - Mountain or mount of 8586 MSL located in the Himalayas in India and Nepal. It is the third highest mountain and one of the eight-thousanders the planet Earth, being in turn the highest mountain in India and the second highest in Nepal. Also known as Sewalungma, Kangchenjunga, Kangchen Dzö-nga, Khangchendzonga, Kanchenjanga, Kachendzonga or Kangchanfanga. His first ascent was recorded May 25, 1955 by British mountaineers George Band and Joe Brown. Cordinates: 27°42´09"N 88°08´54"E.
