Nanotyrannus - A mid-sized carnivore dinosaur from the late Cretaceous, closely related to Tyranosaurus Rex: Nanotyrannus was almost identical to T. Rex except for its much smaller size, a fact that led scientists to believe that specimens were from juvenile individuals. Nanotyrannus was only later classified as a different species.
