All our courses at the superior level are designed to integrate all knowledge and experiences acquired during other lower-level courses, and to put those thoughts within the context of leadership training.

The explorers who belong to the Gea Org. and enter these courses are all veterans with a minimum of four years of experience in the field, and by means of these courses they are being trained to become group leaders who in the future will be on charge of our expeditions.

This course is currently available only to members of The Gea Org who are ranked as Explorers class C.
