Survival In Jail Or Prison

Any prison is a harsh environment to survive in; there are rules, codes and conducts that have little or nothing to do with the outside world and it is better to know them if confronted with a sentence or even political persecution.

Survival techniques require adaptation, and prison, be it during a conflict, for political reasons, due to intolerance or racism or a criminal sentence is a new environment for most that are confronted with the perspective of spending some time behind bars, in a POW camp or any such place.

This happened in a Russian prison.
