The Gea group, established in 1986, is now the research and development unit of Andinia.com. It is a group of real explorers who don the job of getting the information that the company presents in Andinia's website.

The Gea Org. has its own procedures for admittance of new members. It is a process that takes some time and requires patience due to the fact that we require each candidate to prove beyond reasonable doubt that he or she is really fit for the task before we commit to invest resources to the training.
