2.1.1.3)- Combustibles:

While it is possible to start a fire with almost nothing at hand - and we will deal with this issue later - it is not always practical. Such techniques require skill and practice, and in a real-world survival situation it is probably than you will be lacking at least one of them.

Of course, you should practice them whenever you can but what concerns us now is to describe the kind of equipment that you should take along in your expeditions, and these items should be chosen to make your life easier.

Combustibles are what you will use to start and keep a fire, and in this regard, we will divide this discussion into three sections:

2.1.1.3.1)- Starters.

2.1.1.3.2)- Portable combustibles.

2.1.1.3.3)- Locally available combustibles.
