3.4.4.14.7)-The amount of water already present in your organism.

Dehydration is usually compensated by drinking and eating. Many vegetables, such as tomatoes, contain a great proportion of water within their structure.

However, under difficult circumstances it could be hard to find water and thus, looking for it becomes one of the most important tasks for any survivor (see sections 2.2.6 and 2.4).

Dehydration taken to great lengths is lethal. If detected, it has to be stopped. If you are suffering its effects, the most reasonable way to act under survival circumstances requires that you first minimize its effects, and only then start looking for more water.

In extreme cases, or when it is impossible to find water, the best way to act is to construct signals, activate them, and stay quiet, without moving or consuming water and energy.

Dehydration symptoms appear in the following sequence:

3.4.4.14.8)- Thirst.

3.4.4.14.9)- Discomfort.

3.4.4.14.10)- Loss of appetite.

3.4.4.14.11)- Nausea.
