'If I accept you as you are, I will make you worse; however, if I treat you as though you are what you are capable of becoming, I help you become that.'

- Goethe.

"One thing that must always be observed within the context of any organisation is the ostensible and demonstrable capability of its members in order to enhance it.

Not all persons are equal in terms of abilities, and not all abilities are useful for a given organisation, but it must be held present that from time to time, exceptional individuals appear, and that these could become crucial for the growth of the corporation.

Talents are what produce exceptional advances. Average individuals regarding a scale of values proper of the organisation, will not be able to provide anything else other than average results. It might happen that these individuals produce a small, inertial growth, but it will seldom be the case that paradigmatic changes are created by average members of the organisation because they lack the unconventional mental structure required to produce them.

Organisational leaders should not expect that everyone will show a special or particular talent, and even if that were the case, there is no guarantee of its applicability, but we can be certain that any organisation that accepts new members will obtain such talents sooner or later."
